Videographer (Shooting Only)
About the Role
We’re looking for a creative and motivated Videographer to join our growing team. This is a shooting-focused role, meaning your primary responsibility will be capturing high-quality footage—we take care of all editing and post-production in-house.
You’ll be provided with detailed shoot plans, creative briefs, locations, and shot lists before each project. While you’ll have a clear direction to follow, we encourage you to contribute your own creative ideas and suggest cinematic angles or alternative shots that enhance the final product.

Responsibilities
- Capture high-quality video footage using professional camera equipment.
- Follow provided shoot briefs and shot lists to ensure all required content is captured.
- Maintain excellent camera movement, framing, composition, lighting, and audio throughout each shoot.
- Collaborate with the creative team and offer creative input where appropriate.
- Ensure all footage is captured to a high professional standard and aligns with our brand guidelines.
- Organise and securely transfer footage after each shoot.
- Represent the company professionally when filming on location.
- Continue developing your knowledge of videography techniques and industry trends.
What We’re Looking For
- A passion for videography and visual storytelling.
- A strong eye for cinematic composition and creative camera angles.
- Ability to follow creative direction while bringing your own ideas to the table.
- Reliable, organised, and able to work independently on location.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Experience operating professional camera equipment is desirable.
Experience
- 1–2 years of videography experience is preferred but not essential.
- A portfolio or showreel is highly desirable but not required.

Pay: £30.00-£50.00 per hour
