Bydd y dyletswyddau’n cynnwys:
Goruchwylio a chydlynu gwaith cadw tŷ dyddiol i sicrhau bod safonau glendid yn cael eu cyrraedd
Arwain, trefnu ac ysgogi’r tîm cadw tŷ i ddarparu gwasanaeth effeithlon
Cynnal archwiliadau rheolaidd o ystafelloedd, mannau cyhoeddus a chyfleusterau er mwyn cynnal safon uchel
Hyfforddi staff newydd ar weithdrefnau glanhau, iechyd a diogelwch, a disgwyliadau gwasanaeth cwsmeriaid
Rheoli stoc o gyflenwadau ac offer glanhau, a sicrhau eu bod yn cael eu hail-lenwi mewn pryd
Delio’n brydlon ac yn broffesiynol ag unrhyw bryderon gan westeion neu staff, a datrys problemau wrth iddyn nhw godi
Mae profiad blaenorol o reoli cadw tŷ mewn gwesty neu ym maes lletygarwch yn hanfodol.

Portmeirion Ltd is looking for an experienced and motivated Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising the day-to-day running of the housekeeping department, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation, supporting and motivating the housekeeping team, and helping to deliver an excellent guest experience in an unique hospitality setting.
Duties include:
Supervise and co-ordinate daily housekeeping operations to ensure cleanliness standards are met
Lead, motivate, and organise the housekeeping team to deliver efficient service
Conduct regular inspections of rooms, public areas, and facilities to maintain quality standards
Train new staff members on cleaning protocols, health and safety procedures, and customer service expectations
Manage stock levels of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring timely replenishment
Address guest or staff concerns promptly and professionally, resolving issues as they arise
Previous experience in hotel or hospitality housekeeping management is essential.
Hours: 8:00am – 4:00pm, any 5 days out of 7
Pay: Up to £13.53 per hour + additional tips
