Would you like to work in a friendly, independent setting that delivers high quality, evidence based education, with a focus on learning organically through play?
We are recruiting early years practitioners level 3 or above to start in August or September 2026 due to an upcoming expansion. We are a small independent nursery with regular access to the countryside and excellent adult to child ratios. Our preschool ratio is kept below 1:5 to facilitate plenty of high quality learning opportunities. We have daily visiting teachers in the morning and an on-site chef with meals provided for staff.
We are looking for someone who has a genuine interest in early education, a good team player, kind, willing to learn and shows initiative.
These roles will be 30-40 hours per week over 3-4 days. 45 minute paid break in a 10 hour day. Lunch provided. 6 weeks annual leave and birthday day off. Annual INSET day and regular staff training and events.
Pay: From £27,747.00 per year
