Overview
We're looking for the next front-of-house superstar to join the team at Lucky Liquor and help us continue delivering exceptional hospitality, super tasty drinks, and memorable nights out for everyone who trusts us with their time.
Duties
- Be a warm, welcoming, and gracious host who constantly strives to exceed our guests' expectations.
- Take, make, and deliver orders across cocktails, spirits, wines, beer, and beyond while maintaining our standards of execution, cleanliness and service.
- Contribute delicious and innovative drinks to our menus.
- Keep the bar in the best state of cleanliness as possible.
- Set and maintain a warm, welcoming atmosphere for our guests.
- Uphold and comply with all licensing objectives and requirements.
Requirements
- Proven experience in hospitality or serving roles is highly desirable; restaurant or bar experience is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards and responsible alcohol service practices.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with diverse guests.
- Basic maths skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
- Good organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple orders efficiently under pressure.
- Demonstrated time management skills to ensure prompt service during peak hours.
- A friendly demeanour coupled with professionalism and a positive attitude.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or public holidays as required; availability on shifts that suit busy hospitality periods.

Pay: From £28,000.00 per year
