The Role:
The Business Analyst will contribute to the business analysis activities on large scale digital transformation programmes. The Business Analyst will undertake strategic analysis activities to ensure the digital and business solutions meet requirements and satisfy quality expectations of Information Services and business; they will also take a significant role in managing the changes being introduced.
The Business Analyst is responsible for gathering, validating and documenting requirements by facilitating workshops with technical and business subject matter experts. The Business Analyst is required to map complex data/information and business processes creating process maps using schematic diagrams to support and align on the understanding of change impacts, and efficiency opportunities.
Whilst there is a need to be in Portsmouth a few days a week, hybrid working is available for this role.
This appointment is a fixed-term contract from 3 August 2026 to 5 November 2027.
