We're looking for an enthusiastic Commis Chef / Trainee Chef to join our growing kitchen team. Whether you're just starting your career or have some kitchen experience and want to develop your skills, this is an opportunity to learn from experienced chefs in a busy, fresh-food environment.
This is a hands-on role where no two days are the same. You'll work across breakfast, lunch, dinner and events, gaining experience in every section of the kitchen while building the foundations of a successful chef career.
What You'll Be Doing
- Assisting chefs with food preparation and service.
- Learning how to prepare and cook dishes to a consistently high standard.
- Keeping your section clean, organised and well stocked.
- Following food safety, hygiene and health & safety procedures.
- Helping with deliveries, stock rotation and storage.
- Working as part of a supportive, hardworking kitchen team.
- Taking pride in producing quality food every service.
- Continuously developing your skills and knowledge.

- Previous kitchen experience is helpful but not essential—attitude is far more important.
