We are recruiting for a part-time Groups and Trade Executive to join our Marketing Team in the Museum Operations Directorate. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key part in increasing our group and travel trade business as well as improving the customer service experience for all our group visitors.

This is a fantastic time to join, with ongoing marketing projects to increase our visitor numbers and improve the visitor experience across all our museums. This role is critical to the business to both increase the number of groups, travel trade and visitors to our sites and improve our offering.
Be part of a dynamic marketing team that is working to deliver innovative and engaging marketing campaigns for all our visitors Working with the Groups and Trade Manager to deliver a clear and robust customer journey for all our group, travel trade and school customers along with supporting sector specific travel trade campaigns. Working closely with colleagues across all our museums to give our group, travel trade and school customers to give a fantastic customer experience. Working with different platforms and managing a wide variety of customer and visitor enquiries
The Role:
- Manage incoming group, trade and school enquiries
- Coordinate bookings and confirmations
- Develop and maintain long term professional relationships with external business partners along with internal stakeholders.
- Support campaigns and promotional activity for B2B audiences, ensuring effective follow-up and conversion of demand into bookings.
- Be the customer service point of contact from initial enquiry to day-of visit and beyond
- The role is based in Portsmouth, with the opportunity for hybrid working (a mixture of working from home and from Portsmouth Historic Dockyard).
