Federal is coming to York, and we're looking for an exceptional General Manager to lead our newest café from day one.

The Role
As General Manager, you'll have overall responsibility for the day-to-day running of our newest café.
You'll:
- Lead every shift with confidence and positivity.
- Recruit, train and develop an outstanding opening team.
- Create a culture where people love coming to work.
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences every single day.
- Drive sales and commercial performance.
- Manage rotas, labour and stock.
- Maintain the highest standards across food, coffee and service.
- Work closely with the wider leadership team to launch a successful new site.

- Has previous General Manager - opening experience is a bonus!
- Loves leading from the floor.
- Builds high-performing, engaged teams.
- Is commercially aware and understands labour, stock and P&L performance.
