Are you interested in a pharmacy career and passionate about patient care, but prefer a non-patient-facing role? If so, this opportunity could be ideal. We are seeking enthusiastic, self-motivated, and practical individuals to join our Pharmacy Preparative Services team(s) and complete a Level 3 Science Manufacturing Technician Apprenticeship.
You will work across different teams during your apprenticeship, demonstrating flexibility in learning and the ability to plan and organise your workload. Strong communication skills, a professional attitude, and a patient-centred approach are essential.
LTHT Pharmacy Preparative Services is one of the busiest in the UK, providing essential ready-to-administer injectable medicines, including antibiotics, chemotherapy, nutritional feeds, and Radiopharmaceuticals for diagnostic and treatment clinics.
This is an exciting time to join, as we are part of a national programme transforming aseptic services in England. The West Yorkshire Association of Acute Trusts (WYAAT) is a designated pathfinder site, and our team is expanding to support a new Aseptic Hub, enabling hospitals across the region to work together and improve patient care.
If shortlisted, you will be invited to attend an assessment on Monday 27 July 2026. Candidates who are successful at this stage will then be invited to a further interview on either Wednesday 29 July or Thursday 30 July 2026
If you are interested in exploring this opportunity further, please upload your details through Job Train, ensuring you provide your name, mobile number and email address. You will receive an email from Leeds Health and Care Talent Hub who will ask you to complete an expression of interest form and discuss what will happen next.
