We’re looking for a Driving Range Supervisor to take our operation to the next level. This is more than a supervisory role, you’ll be acting as a key support to the Range Hospitality Manager, owning the day-to-day operation and helping shape the experience for both our customers and your team.
This isn’t just about keeping things ticking over, it’s about driving standards, building a strong team culture, and making sure everything is spot on, every time.
What you’ll be doing:
- Leading, inspiring, and developing the team to deliver exceptional service in a fun and engaging environment.
- Taking real ownership of the Driving Range operation, confidently stepping up in the absence of the Range Hospitality Manager.
- Setting the standard through hands-on leadership. Leading by example every shift.
- Creating a culture of collaboration, where the team supports each other and succeeds together.
- Ensuring all areas consistently exceed customer's expectations.
- Handling customer interactions with confidence, building trust and turning challenges into positive experiences.
- Driving high standards in health & safety and compliance, ensuring we’re always audit-ready.
What we’re looking for:

- Flexible to work evenings and weekends (typical shifts 1:40pm – 10:10pm, 5 days a week).
- Experience leading a team in hospitality, leisure, or customer service is a big plus.
- This can be a busy role, so the ability to multitask is essential
