We are on the hunt for an experienced Head Barista for our high volume Bedminster site!
Can you lead a team of highly skilled coffee nerds in our busy south Bristol bakery, working closely with our other sites Head Barista's to make consistently wonderful cafes?
Do you have experience calibrating and dialling in espresso and filter? Can you help keep our machines in tip top condition, scheduling maintenance as required?
Are you comfortable managing stock, ordering and counting inventory? Is your finger on the pulse of the local independent coffee scene? Can you organise staff cuppings and find amazing local roasters to buy in?
Are you keen to lead; hire and train new baristas and maintain our high standards on every cup that leaves our machines? Can you get your team excited by the amazing coffee we sell?
