This position, either part-time or full-time includes Saturdays.
Duties
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their enquiries in a professional manner
- Provide product information and recommendations to optimise customer satisfaction
- Upsell products and services to maximise sales opportunities
- Maintain attractive merchandising displays aligned with company standards
- Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system
- Manage stock levels and organise product displays efficiently
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in other languages is desirable
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively
- Good organisational skills to maintain tidy displays and stock areas
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in retail or sales is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided
- Friendly, approachable manner
