Pay: £13.00 per hour (Monday–Friday) | £13.50 per hour (Weekends)
Hours: 9:00pm – 7:00am (with breaks in line with Working Time Regulations)
We are looking for a compassionate, reliable and dedicated Night Care Assistant to join our friendly team at our residential care home for older people.
This role is for 2 nights per week, with additional opportunities to work extra shifts to cover annual leave and sickness. Hours to be discussed at Interview.
About the Role
As a Night Care Assistant, you will play an important role in ensuring our residents are safe, comfortable and well cared for throughout the night. You will provide high-quality, person-centred care while promoting each resident's dignity, independence and wellbeing.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing personal care and support with daily living needs.
- Assisting with continence care.
- Supporting residents with mobility and repositioning where required.
- Carrying out regular wellbeing and safety checks throughout the night.
- Responding promptly to call bells and residents' needs.
- Maintaining accurate care records and communicating effectively with colleagues.
- Helping to create a calm, safe and reassuring environment for our residents.

- Flexible to provide additional cover for holidays and sickness when required.
Previous care experience is welcomed but not essential, as full training will be provided.
