Warehouse Operative
Location: Wetherby, Yorkshire
Salary: Competitive, depending on experience and qualifications
Contract: Full time
Hours: 9.00am to 5.30pm
The Role
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operativeto support the day-to-day running of our warehouse operations.
This is a hands-on role that involves picking, packing, and dispatching customer orders, handling stock, supporting quality control, and helping with deliveries. It would suit someone who is organised, proactive, and happy to be part of a small, friendly team.
About Pachamama
Pachamama is a knitwear wholesaler with a growing digital retail business based in Wetherby, Yorkshire. We are a friendly small business that has been designing and selling woollen goods for over 30 years. Most of our products are hand made in Nepal from 100% natural wool, and our designs are unique and expressive.
We are proud members of BAFTS (The British Association for Fair Trade Shops & Suppliers) and have charity partnerships with Right4Children, and Net4Kids.
Key Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and dispatch customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Manage and maintain warehouse stock levels
- Stock control and general warehouse organisation
- Carry out quality control checks on products
- Load and unload deliveries
- Receive, check, and put away incoming stock
- Help keep the warehouse clean, tidy, safe, and organised
- Support the wider team with general warehouse duties as required

Physical Requirements
This role involves manual handling, including lifting, moving, and organising stock, so applicants should be comfortable with the physical side of warehouse work.
