Responsibilities
- Assist the head chef in supervising daily kitchen activities, including food preparation and cooking processes.

- Oversee food safety practices, sanitation standards, and proper storage procedures to comply with health regulations.
- Manage food inventory levels, monitor stock rotation, and coordinate with suppliers as needed.
- Support team management by training new staff, providing constructive feedback, and fostering a positive work environment.
- Ensure all dishes meet presentation standards and adhere to established recipes and portion sizes.
- Step in to serve or assist with food service during busy periods to ensure smooth operations.

Pay: £14.00-£15.50 per hour
