VELO Delivery Ltd is looking for a Fleet Partner / Driver Recruiter to help us build a reliable pool of owner-van drivers for ongoing Lime e-bike field operations across London.
This is not a salaried employee role and not a simple lead referral role. We are looking for someone who can source serious, hard-working drivers who are ready to be onboarded, start working and stay active.
The operation is focused on Lime e-bike relocation. Drivers use their own vans to collect and move Lime e-bikes between different London locations.
We mainly need drivers with large vans. LWB / XLWB / large panel vans are preferred. Minimum around 11m³ load space is ideal, as drivers can carry higher bike volume and complete work more efficiently.
Your role:
- Source reliable owner-van drivers
- Filter suitable drivers from unsuitable applicants
- Check that drivers have access to a suitable large van
- Confirm basic availability and location
- Help move ready drivers into onboarding
- Explain the work clearly to drivers you source
- Build a consistent driver pipeline over time
We are looking for drivers who:
- Own a large van, ideally LWB / XLWB / large panel van
- Are reliable, hard-working and motivated
- Can work regularly across London
- Are serious about earning through consistent work
- Understand that higher volume and good performance create better earnings

Pay model:
This is a freelance, performance-based partnership. Earnings are not a fixed daily wage.
You earn commission from drivers you source once they are onboarded, active and completing work.
Earnings grow as your active driver pool grows. The more reliable drivers you bring into the operation, the more you can earn.
Commission only applies to suitable drivers who are onboarded, active and completing work. It does not apply to unsuitable leads, inactive drivers or people who do not start working.
We are looking to build a strong and reliable driver network, not just receive lists of phone numbers.
