URGENTLY REQUIRED
DA Baldwin & Son Limited are looking to recruit an experienced accounts/payroll administrator to work part time for our company. This is a standalone role.
- Must have experience with Sage 50 accounts v33 and Sage 50 payroll v33
- Candidate must also be confident with control accounts and editing/understanding chart of accounts on Sage 50
- Must work to a high degree of accuracy
- Must have English and Maths GCSE
- Must be confident speaking to customers on the telephone
- Experience with Microsoft, Outlook, Excel and Word needed
Duties will include
- Weekly payroll processing and administration, ie processing starters and leavers
- Weekly pension administration processing via Nest
- Bank reconciliation
- Sales and Purchase ledger control and reconciliation
- VAT return and file via MTD
- Credit Control
- Supplier payments via internet banking
- Sales invoice processing
- General accounting administration
- Annual leave calculation and administration
- End of year account preparation
- End of year accounts administration for accountant
- End of year payroll reconciliation
Training will be provided regarding office procedures. However, an understanding of bookkeeping, accounts and basic payroll is essential.
