What Success Looks Like
The successful candidate will demonstrate a proactive and professional approach to maintenance, taking ownership of issues and delivering high-quality repairs first time. They will contribute positively to the engineering team, maintain the highest safety standards and help ensure continued reliability of critical site assets while delivering the exceptional service standards expected by Mitie.
This version will attract actual mechanical engineers rather than general maintenance operatives and better reflects the sort of work Pete, Ian or Andy would be carrying out on a Thales FM contract.
