We are looking for an enthusiastic and patient-focused Treatment Coordinator / Qualified Dental Nurse to join our friendly team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships with patients whilst remaining involved clinically.
The successful candidate will divide their time between treatment coordination and chairside dental nursing, helping patients feel informed, confident and supported throughout their treatment journey.
About the Role
As our Treatment Coordinator, you will play a key role in helping patients understand their treatment options and supporting them from their initial enquiry through to completion of treatment.
As a dental nurse you will be required to provide nursing support to dentists and dental therapists
Key ResponsibilitiesTreatment Coordinator Duties
- Meet with patients to discuss treatment recommendations and answer questions.
- Explain treatment options, fees and finance options clearly and professionally.
- Coordinate treatment plans and appointments.
- Follow up treatment enquiries and outstanding treatment plans.
- Build excellent relationships with patients to improve their experience and confidence.
- Liaise closely with dentists and the wider clinical team.
- Maintain accurate patient records using Dentally.
- Assist in achieving practice treatment conversion targets.
Dental Nursing Duties
- Provide chairside assistance for a range of dental procedures.
- Prepare surgeries and maintain excellent infection prevention and control standards.
- Take dental radiographs.
- Assist with digital workflows including intra-oral scanning where appropriate.
- Support clinicians with patient records and clinical administration.
- Ensure surgeries are well stocked and maintained.

Essential Requirements
- GDC registered Qualified Dental Nurse.
- Dental Radiography qualification.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Experience working within a dental practice.
- Strong organisational skills.
- IT literate and confident using digital systems.
Desirable
- Previous experience as a Treatment Coordinator.
- Experience using Dentally practice management software.
- Experience using intra-oral scanners.
- Knowledge of digital dentistry workflows.
- Experience working within a private dental practice.
