Are you passionate about cocktails, premium drinks, and creating exceptional guest experiences? We're looking for an energetic and driven Assistant General Manager to support the day-to-day operations of Bar82 and help lead our team to success.
What You'll Do
- Support the General Manager in overseeing daily venue operations.
- Lead, motivate, and develop front-of-house teams.
- Maintain outstanding customer service standards and guest satisfaction.
- Drive sales through product knowledge, upselling, and memorable experiences.
- Assist with stock control, ordering, and inventory management.
- Ensure compliance with licensing, health & safety, and company procedures.
- Help create a positive, high-performance culture within the venue.
What We're Looking For
- Previous management or supervisory experience in a bar, restaurant, or hospitality environment.
- A genuine passion for cocktails, spirits, wines, and the drinks industry.
- Strong knowledge of beverage trends and cocktail culture.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
- Commercial awareness with a hands-on approach to operations.
- Personal Licence holder (desirable but not essential).

Pay: £14.00-£16.00 per hour
