Employment Type: Full-time (40 hours/week) Salaried
Location: Hybrid, Onsite 1–2 days per week
Schedule: Monday–Friday
Experience Level: Junior–Mid level (not a senior role)
Compensation: Open to discussion
We're looking for a technically-minded Marketing Manager to run the operational side of our marketing function analytics, ad platforms, budgets, website, and systems day to day. This is not a content-and-social role; it's suited to someone who's genuinely comfortable with data, tools, and the technical mechanics behind a marketing function, and who wants to build that skill set further.
This isn't a senior position, and we're not expecting someone who's done it all before. What matters most is dedication, reliability, and a genuine willingness to learn our systems, tools, and ways of working. We'll support the right person to grow into the role.
Technical & Website Management
- Maintain working knowledge of the website, content updates, basic edits, troubleshooting, and liaising with developers on fixes
- Handle general technical marketing tasks: tool setup, integrations, and resolving issues as they come up
- Get comfortable with the platforms and systems we use, and be willing to learn new ones as needed
Analytics & Reporting
- Compile and report on marketing analytics across relevant channels, translating data into clear, actionable insights
- Track performance against KPIs and flag opportunities or risks early
Paid Media
- Plan, manage, and optimise Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook/Instagram) to support sales and brand goals
Budget & Financial Oversight
- Oversee marketing financials, including budget tracking, spend approval, and ROI reporting
- Ensure marketing spend is allocated effectively across channels
Day-to-Day Team Coordination
- Support and coordinate the marketing team's day-to-day workload, keeping deadlines and quality on track
- Run regular marketing meetings to align on strategy, performance, and upcoming activity
Social Media Strategy & Oversight
- Set the strategy and planning direction for social media across all brands
- Oversee the social media team responsible for posting, copywriting, and engagement, ensuring output aligns with strategy and brand voice
Sales Growth
- Identify and implement opportunities for sales improvement and development through marketing initiatives
- Work cross-functionally to align marketing activity with commercial targets
PR & Media Relations
- Build and manage relationships with luxury magazines, online publications, and digital media outlets to raise the profile of Offley Place, The Curated Wedding, and the founder’s personal brand
- Identify and pursue press, feature, and contributor opportunities that grow community and brand awareness across all three
- Coordinate outreach, pitches, and media requests, keeping a consistent and on-brand voice across placements
Marketing Materials
- Manage the creation and upkeep of downloadable content/resources (guides, lead magnets, etc.)
- Create supporting print/digital materials such as posters for open days and advertising assets
- Comfortable with the technical side of marketing, websites, tools, integrations, and troubleshooting , rather than a purely content/social-focused background
- Strong analytical skills with confidence reporting on performance data
- Hands-on experience running Meta Ads campaigns
- Comfortable owning a marketing budget and financial reporting
- Working knowledge of website platforms (e.g. content management, basic technical troubleshooting)
- A proactive, organised communicator who can run effective meetings and keep a team on track
- Experience building relationships with media/press and securing coverage or features is a bonus, not essential
- Above all: genuine dedication, reliability, and a real willingness to learn. This is not a senior role — we're not looking for someone who's "done it all" before, we're looking for someone who'll commit to learning our systems and growing with the business
You will be working across three distinct but interlinked brands, each requiring a tailored marketing approach.
1. Offley Place
- Identity: A 17th-century, award-winning country house wedding venue located in North Hertfordshire.
- Key Features: It is defined by its distinct event spaces, including the Hester Ballroom, the Conservatory, and the Salusbury Lounge, each featuring a specific design narrative rather than a repetitive "house style".
2. The Curated Wedding
- Identity: A luxury wedding editorial and content platform.
- Positioning: Targeted at modern, ambitious individuals, it distinguishes itself by being "curated, not decorated".
3. The Founder’s Personal Brand
- Identity: This brand centers on the founder as a wedding expert and industry authority.
- Unique Value Proposition: Her "Dual Perspective" enables her to speak with authority as both a Venue Director (professional) and a recent bride who navigated a multicultural fusion wedding (lived experience)
Strategic Alignment
While these brands operate independently, the marketing role requires managing them as a cohesive ecosystem. You will be coordinating social strategy, PR, and digital content that allows these brands to cross-pollinate.
Please send your CV and a cover letter to [email protected].
In your cover letter, please include:
- Your salary expectations
- A short note on your experience with Meta Ads (feel free to include headline results or examples, e.g. a campaign you're proud of)
- Your availability for the 1–2 onsite days per week
- A link to or examples of relevant past work (campaigns, reports, website projects) if available
- A short note on why cross-brand marketing appeals to you, and how you'd approach managing three distinct brand voices
Nice to have: experience in the luxury or wedding industry, though this isn't a requirement.
