Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise shop floor staff to ensure outstanding customer service and efficient daily operations
- Manage team schedules, delegate tasks, and monitor performance to meet sales targets and operational standards
- Oversee merchandising activities, ensuring product displays are attractive, organized, and aligned with brand guidelines
- Maintain excellent communication with staff and customers through active listening, clear instructions, and professional phone etiquette
- Implement sales strategies to boost revenue while fostering a positive shopping environment
- Conduct regular team meetings to motivate staff, review progress, and address any issues promptly
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, store policies, and administrative procedures
Requirements
- Proven management experience in retail or shop floor environments with supervising responsibilities
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members
- Excellent communication skills in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are a plus
- Demonstrated organizational skills with effective time management capabilities
- Experience in merchandising, sales management, and administrative tasks within retail settings
- Ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
- Previous experience supervising staff in a fast-paced retail environment is preferred

Daily tasks include
Opening shop.
Making Savoury snacks and desi tea
Maintain shop displays. Correctly labelling and packaging. Maintaining high level of hygiene and safety.
Managing all social media pages and Updating daily to have impact on business sales
Delegating tasks
Managing day to day running of business.
Taking phone and online orders and preparing and managing customer time.
Providing the ultimate experience for the customer.
Pay: From £12.71 per hour
