Full job description
You will be responsible for:
- Planning daily workload and ensuring customer order satisfaction
- Fulfilling orders and resolving problems throughout the fulfilment process
- Ensure that staff comply to health, safety and environmental regulations and work safely to protect themselves and others in the warehouse environment
- Implementing stock rotation and managing storage locations within the warehouse
- Liaising with the sales team and reacting to the sales orders
- Administration and receipting of goods and deliveries
- Leading and motivating the warehouse team
- Performing stock counts and ensuring accuracy of stock records through proper
control of stock movements
Skills Required:
- Ability to build and motivate a skilled team able to meet objectives and agreed targets
- Good IT skills, in particular spreadsheets and databases and a knowledge of warehouse systems (Shopify + ShipStation with DPD, Royal Mail & UPS Carriers)
- Analytic and numerical skills
- Strong decision-making skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to plan, identify problems and develop solutions
- Ability to maintain team cohesion
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: £12.21-£15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 27.5 per week
