We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Digital Solutions Business Analyst to drive innovative technology initiatives and optimize digital processes across our organization. Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for digital projects and solutions.
- Design and develop dashboards and reports using Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools to visualize key performance indicators and operational metrics.
- Manage project timelines, scope, and deliverables ensuring alignment with organizational goals through effective project management practices.
- Support the development and maintenance of databases using SQL (Structured Query Language), Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server, or similar systems; assist in database design and optimization.
- Conduct comprehensive data analysis utilizing R, Python, VBA, Bash (Unix shell), or other scripting languages to extract insights and support decision-making processes.
- Facilitate the entire SDLC process from requirements gathering through testing, deployment, and maintenance of digital solutions.
- Create detailed process diagrams and technical documentation using Visio to communicate workflows clearly across teams.
- Assist in integrating various data sources and ensuring data quality for accurate reporting and analysis.
- Provide ongoing support for existing systems while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement through innovative solutions.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on digital solutions or related fields.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis skills with hands-on experience in SQL, R, Python, VBA, or Bash scripting.
- Demonstrated ability to develop dashboards and visualizations using Tableau or Power BI.
- Solid understanding of project management principles and SDLC methodologies.
- Experience with database design, management, and optimization in Oracle or Microsoft SQL Server environments.
- Familiarity with Visio for process modeling and documentation purposes.
- Excellent analysis skills with an ability to translate complex business needs into technical specifications.
- Knowledge of business analysis best practices combined with effective communication skills to collaborate across teams effectively.
