Westminster Atlas provides comprehensive, intensive support to individuals experiencing street homelessness and multiple disadvantage throughout Westminster. Employing an assertive and persistent approach, the team maintains frequent contact with clients to help them transition into accommodation and improve their overall well-being.
This role will sit in the ASB and Partnerships team within Atlas and focuses on hotspots and individuals at risk of enforcement action. The role will participate in creating robust risk management plans for sites and a package of support for clients at hotspots to maximise offers.
In this role you will:

Hold a caseload of clients that are at found in hotspots.

Offer clients assertive, consistent ongoing guidance and support.

Work with the wider team on Outreach Shifts and in partnership with other Westminster service providers.

For this role staff can claim an additional 20% pay premium for hours worked between 8pm and 8am Monday to Friday, and all hours worked on Saturday and Sunday.

You'll be confident building relationships with people who have complex needs, using a person-centred approach to engage, motivate and support them towards safer, more sustainable futures. You'll thrive in a collaborative environment, work effectively with partner agencies, and bring creativity, persistence and empathy to every interaction.
