Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily web design projects, creative workflows, and client service tasks
- Coordinate with designers, developers, clients, vendors, and internal teams
- Monitor project timelines, design updates, feedback, and service quality
- Support website updates, content changes, design reviews, and project documentation
- Prepare reports, meeting notes, project summaries, and workflow updates
- Assist with team coordination, task planning, and issue resolution
- Maintain accurate records and follow company procedures
- Support clear communication to keep design projects delivered on schedule
What We Are Looking For
Experience
- Experience in web design, digital services, creative project coordination, website support, marketing, or client service delivery
- Previous team coordination or supervisory experience is preferred
- Experience working with designers, developers, clients, websites, or digital platforms is an advantage

Pay: £42,000.00-£58,000.00 per year
