At Sodexo, you'll belong in a team where your organisation and coordination skills make a real impact. We're looking for a proactive Hard Services Coordinator to support the delivery of engineering and maintenance services at our pharmaceutical client site in Speke, Liverpool.
Working closely with the Technical Services Manager, engineering teams and the client, you'll coordinate planned and reactive maintenance activities, manage contractors and small projects, and help ensure services are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with contractual and regulatory requirements.
What you'll do:

Coordinate planned and reactive maintenance

Manage work orders through the CMMS
-
Issue permits to work
-
Carry out safety inspections and walk-downs
-
Plan engineering activities and priorities
-
Coordinate contractors and service visits
-
Manage small improvement projects
-
Produce KPI and management reports
-
Review risk assessments and method statements
-
Raise purchase requisitions and quotations
-
Liaise with clients and engineering teams
-
Support the FM Helpdesk when required

Ensure compliance with GxP and health & safety standards
What you'll bring:

Previous facilities or engineering coordination experience

Strong administration and organisational skills

Experience using CMMS or helpdesk systems

Excellent IT and Microsoft Office skills

Outstanding customer service skills

Ability to prioritise a busy workload

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Experience working independently and within a team
-
Awareness of GxP environments

A proactive and flexible approach
Desirable:

NEBOSH General Certificate

PRINCE2 qualification
-
Experience within a pharmaceutical or regulated environment
