As Practice Manager, you will provide inspirational leadership for the setting, ensuring outstanding standards of care, learning, safeguarding and operational management whilst supporting children, families and staff to thrive.
We are looking for someone who:
- Is passionate about delivering high-quality Early Years education
- Holds a full and relevant Early Years qualification at Level 3 or above
- Has experience leading or supervising staff within an Early Years setting
- Has excellent knowledge of the EYFS Framework and safeguarding requirements
- Can inspire, motivate and develop a team
- Builds positive relationships with children, families, colleagues and external professionals
- Has the ambition and vision to help lead the next stage of our development
