About the Role
Shutters Factory Ltd is looking for an organised, friendly and customer-focused Customer Service & Office Administrator to join our growing B2B Trade Department based in Chessington.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced office environment, has strong computer skills and takes pride in providing outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Updating existing orders and monitoring their progress
- Providing excellent customer service by phone and email
- Liaising with the Logistics and Deliveries departments to ensure smooth order fulfilment
- Preparing small parcels for courier collections and deliveries
- Supporting the Trade team with general administrative duties
- Maintaining accurate customer and order records
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in an office administration or customer service role
- Excellent computer skills and confidence using Microsoft Office and business software
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Friendly, professional and customer-focused attitude
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise tasks and work efficiently in a busy office environment
- A positive, proactive approach and willingness to support the wider team
