Reporting directly to a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, this role offers a mix of strategic candidate sourcing and team leadership. You will manage a high volume portfolio featuring complex, senior, and hard to fill clinical and administrative vacancies, while serving as a mentor and operational supervisor to one to two Talent Acquisition Officers.
If you are an accomplished recruiter (from either an agency or in-house background) who thrives on solving tough hiring challenges, challenging the status quo, and developing junior talent, this is an exceptional opportunity to make a lasting impact.

Leadership & Line Management . Day to day supervision, mentoring, and upskilling of one to two Talent Acquisition Officers, serving as an exemplary role model and supporting their professional growth.
360 Recruitment Excellence. Overseeing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from high impact advert creation and targeted candidate engagement to ensuring slick pre-employment check processes and an outstanding candidate experience.
Process Enhancement & Automation. Actively contributing to continuous improvement initiatives across our commercial resourcing model, helping optimise workflows, ATS utilisation, and recruitment analytics.
Regional Engagement. Representing the Trust at careers fairs, targeted recruitment drives, and team away days across our regional sites in Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire, and Wiltshire.
