Pizza Me is an authentic Italian sourdough Pizzeria . Join our team as a Pizza Chef and be part of a dynamic kitchen environment where you can showcase your culinary skills and passion for creating delicious pizzas.
Duties:
- Prepare and cook a variety of pizzas according to menu specifications
- Monitor food stock levels and replenish ingredients as needed
- Ensure the kitchen area is clean and sanitized in accordance with food safety standards
- Assist in meal preparation and other kitchen duties as required
Requirements:
- Proven experience of at Least 2 years as a Pizza Chef / pizzaiolo / baker in an authentic Italian pizzerias. Please don’t apply if you don’t have the right experience.
- You need to be living in Brighton and have the right to work in the UK
- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively with team members
- Willingness to learn and help out in various kitchen tasks
