We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Window Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. This role involves working at various heights and requires a keen eye for detail to ensure that all windows are cleaned to the highest standard. A valid driving licence is essential, as you will be required to travel to different locations.
Responsibilities
- Clean windows for residential and commercial properties, ensuring a streak-free finish.
- Operate cleaning equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
- Interact with customers in a professional manner, addressing any queries or concerns they may have.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of equipment and work areas.
- Follow safety protocols at all times, particularly when working at heights.
- Provide excellent customer service to build rapport with clients and encourage repeat business.
Experience
- Previous experience in window cleaning or a related field is advantageous but not essential, as training will be provided.
- A valid driving licence is preferred but not necessary
- Customer service experience is preferred, demonstrating the ability to interact positively with clients.
