Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and organised Dispatcher to coordinate the accurate and timely dispatch of goods.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing and organising goods in the designated dispatch areas.
- Checking that the correct parts and quantities are ready for delivery.
- Ensuring all goods leaving the warehouse have the correct paperwork.
- Completing and maintaining accurate dispatch records.
- Packing and labelling goods correctly for delivery.
- Reporting missing, damaged or incorrect items promptly.
- Communicating effectively with warehouse colleagues and drivers.
- Handling products carefully to prevent damage.
- Supporting the smooth and efficient running of the dispatch operation.
