We're looking for an enthusiastic and organised Training Coordinator to join our Apprenticeships team. This is a rewarding opportunity to play a key role in supporting apprentices and employers throughout the apprenticeship journey, helping learners develop the skills, knowledge and behaviours they need to succeed in their chosen careers.
As the main point of contact for apprentices and employers, you'll build lasting partnerships, coordinate high-quality training programmes, monitor learner progress, and ensure every apprentice receives the support they need to achieve their goals.
What you'll be doing

Acting as the primary contact for apprentices and employers across a range of apprenticeship programmes.
- Managing a caseload of apprentices from enrolment through to successful completion.
- Conducting sign-ups, enrolments, inductions and progress reviews.
- Working closely with employers to develop effective and tailored apprenticeship training plans.
- Tracking learner progress and ensuring timely achievement of qualifications.
- Coordinating training delivery between employers, apprentices and teaching staff.
- Organising examinations, End Point Assessments and learner records.
- Building strong employer relationships and supporting the growth and success of apprenticeship provision.
- Providing guidance, support and advice to apprentices throughout their learning journey.
About You
You'll be an excellent communicator who enjoys working with people and building professional relationships. Whether your background is in apprenticeships, training coordination, employer engagement, account management, customer success, or learning and development, you'll be passionate about helping others achieve success.
Your Experience

A Level 3 qualification or equivalent.
- Experience coordinating training, learning or development programmes.
- Experience setting, monitoring and reviewing targets.
- A good understanding of employer skills and workforce development needs.
- Excellent organisational, administrative and customer service skills.
- Experience working with apprentices, work-based learners or employer-funded training programmes (desirable).
- A confident and professional approach when working with employers and stakeholders.
- The ability to build effective relationships and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
