Experienced Picker & Packer – Online Pharmacy
We're a fast-growing online pharmacy in Wembley, dispatching high volumes of orders every day. We're looking for experienced Picker & Packers who can work at pace without ever compromising on accuracy.
This role is only suitable for candidates with previous picking and packing experience. You'll already be comfortable working to daily dispatch targets in a warehouse, fulfilment or eCommerce environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Pick and pack medications into sealed pouches and packaging with 100% accuracy
- Prepare boxes and parcels for same-day and next-day courier dispatch
- Follow strict standard operating procedures to ensure product safety and correct order fulfilment
- Carry out accuracy checks before orders leave the site
- Keep your work area and the wider site clean, tidy and organised at all times
- Consistently meet daily dispatch targets in a high-volume environment
Essential Requirements
- Proven previous experience in picking and packing, dispatch or order fulfilment
- Exceptional attention to detail – accuracy is critical in a pharmacy setting
- Proven ability to maintain speed and quality in a busy, fast-paced environment
- High standards of cleanliness, tidiness and organisation
- Punctual, reliable and able to commit to your shifts
- Able to follow written and verbal instructions precisely
- Right to work in the UK

Location
On-site in Wembley. You must be able to commute reliably every day.
