Role Overview:
As a Call Centre Operator, you will be the first point of contact for customers, handling bookings, queries and ensuring smooth communication between customers and drivers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls in a professional and friendly manner
- Take and manage taxi bookings accurately using our dispatch system
- Provide customers with fare estimates and journey information
- Dispatch jobs to drivers efficiently
- Handle customer enquiries, complaints and feedback
- Monitor driver locations and ensure timely pickups
- Maintain clear and accurate records of bookings and communications
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good IT skills and ability to learn booking systems
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Previous call centre or taxi office experience is preferred but not essential
Working Hours:
- Full-time and part-time roles available
- Must be available to work at least 2 days out of Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
