Duties
- Perform a variety of nail treatments such as manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art with precision and artistry
- Provide additional beauty services including eyelash extensions, makeup application, and deep tissue massage when applicable
- Deliver outstanding customer service by listening to client needs and offering personalized recommendations
- Manage the front desk by scheduling appointments, greeting guests warmly, and handling client inquiries efficiently
- Upsell retail products and additional services to enhance client satisfaction and boost revenue
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with health regulations
- Engage with clients through social media management to promote services, special offers, and build community presence
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Nail Technician or in a similar beauty service role with a strong portfolio of work
- Excellent communication skills to connect effectively with clients and team members
- Knowledge of current nail trends, techniques, and safety protocols
- Ability to perform eyelash extensions, makeup application, and deep tissue massage is highly desirable
- Strong management skills for scheduling appointments and maintaining client records
- Customer service-oriented mindset with a passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed to accommodate client schedules
