Job Introduction
Do you take pride in delivering high standards and enjoy building positive relationships with customers? Join us as a Senior Property & Safety Manager and play a key role in managing a portfolio of residential buildings, helping to ensure our homes remain safe, well managed and places our residents are proud to live.
This is a varied role where you'll balance customer contact with property management, working closely with residents, contractors and colleagues to resolve issues, oversee building safety, monitor repairs and planned works, and maintain accurate records. You'll be trusted to manage your own portfolio, taking a proactive approach to identifying issues, keeping customers informed and ensuring homes are maintained to a high standard.
We're looking for someone who is organised, approachable and genuinely invested in delivering an excellent service. Whilst experience within social housing or leasehold property management would be highly advantageous, we're equally interested in people who demonstrate strong judgement, a proactive approach and a commitment to delivering excellent services for residents.
This is a part-time role, so strong organisational skills and the ability to manage your workload effectively are key.
A Standard DBS check is required for this role.
Please refer to the attached Role Profile for full responsibilities and deliverables.
