Bullough's cleaning services are looking for an Experienced Cleaning Supervisor to join our team at Caldew School.
The position is for 19.5 hrs per week, Monday to Thursday: 3 pm - 7 pm Friday 3 - 6.30 pm
The rate of pay is £14.39 ph which is paid weekly into your bank each Friday. Experience would be beneficial, however full training and support will be provided to the successful candidate. Right to work documentation (birth certificate & or Passport, share code and 2 other forms of ID will be required and checked in every case. If successful an enhanced DBS would be required which will be applied and paid for by the company. To ensure that cleaning is delivered to the expected and agreed standard.
· To ensure all cleaning tasks are carried out in accordance with the specification.
· To ensure the effective use of equipment and materials and to ensure Health and Safety Procedures are followed
· To ensure absences are covered where appropriate, using work cards to assess and reallocate missed areas.
· To monitor the use of materials and order stock as necessary.
· To monitor and review cleaning staff performance and complete training as required.
· To send in a weekly timesheet, liaise with management and clients
