We are a well-established specialist contracting company based in West Thurrock, Essex, providing waterproofing and concrete repair services to the construction industry.
Pay: £160–£200 per day, depending on experience and skill level

We are seeking experienced waterproofers and concrete repair operatives to join our team. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in specialist waterproofing or concrete repair techniques and experience working within the construction industry.
Required Experience
Applicants must have experience in at least one of the following disciplines:
- Sprayed waterproofing systems
- Car park deck coatings
- Bridge deck waterproofing systems
- Expansion joint installation
- Concrete repairs
Applicants must have:
- Previous experience within the construction industry and in at least one of the disciplines listed above
- A full UK driving licence (Manual)
- A valid CSCS card
- A good understanding of site health and safety requirements
- The ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- The ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Confidence in completing site health and safety, quality and compliance documentation
Beneficial Qualifications
The following qualifications would be advantageous:
- IPAF
- Waterproofing or concrete repair qualifications
- First Aid at Work
- Fire Marshal
- SSSTS or SMSTS
The role is physically demanding, and applicants must have a good level of fitness.
Flexibility is essential, as working hours may vary depending on the project. The role may include occasional weekend work and working away from home. Where working away is required, accommodation and travel expenses will be provided.
The majority of our work is carried out outdoors, and applicants must be prepared to work in varying weather conditions.
Self-employed and PAYE positions are available.
