SHORT ORDER COOK / DINER COOK
The Dandy Highwayman is looking for a talented person to work alongside our chef to create excellent dishes in our vintage american diner.
Working Saturday & Sunday 9am to 9pm (22 hours per week) in our busy kitchen you will be working alongside our chef, preparing and cooking a wide range of foods from our current Cafe menu and new American Diner menu.
You will need to be self-motivated, good with people and have a genuine drive to create and deliver excellent dishes.
You will ensure the kitchen is maintained in a clean and tidy manner and keep daily records of temperatures, maintenance, opening / closing checks etc under supervision of the Chef.
This is an exciting opportunity to deliver excellent food and service in our unique 1940s diner experience.
There will be opportunities for extra days and hours in the week as our business expands.

Qualified to Food Hygiene level 3 as a minimum, experience of working in a catering environment is an advantage but newly qualified will be considered.
