Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated DTF Print Operator to join our manufacturing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating direct-to-film printing equipment, ensuring high-quality production of customised textiles and garments. Responsibilities
- Operate DTF printing machinery with precision, adhering to production schedules and quality standards.
- Prepare substrates and films for printing, including loading and aligning materials accurately.
- Conduct routine maintenance and calibration of printing equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot technical issues with machinery, performing basic repairs or escalating as necessary.
- Assist with fabricating printed products, including cutting, assembling, and finishing items as required.
- Utilise hand tools, power tools, and sewing equipment to support various stages of production.
- Manage heavy lifting tasks safely when handling large rolls of fabric or printed materials.
- Maintain a clean and organised work area, complying with health and safety regulations at all times.
Requirement.
- Previous experience in fabric fabrication or warehouse environments is advantageous.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently throughout shifts.
- Strong organisational skills with an eye for detail to ensure high-quality output.
- Experience with assembly processes is beneficial but not essential.
- Good understanding of safety procedures within a manufacturing or production setting.
- Willingness to learn new skills related to digital printing technology and fabrication techniques.
