Responsibilities

- Observe and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents on their development.
- Manage classroom behaviour in a positive manner, encouraging cooperation and respect among children.
- Collaborate with other educators to enhance the overall educational experience.
- Drive initiatives that promote early childhood education best practices within the nursery setting.
Qualifications
- A level 3 qualification in Early Childhood Education or equivalent is essential.
- Experience working with children in a childcare or nursery setting is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities to manage activities and guide other educators effectively.
- A genuine passion for nurturing children's growth and development.
- Ability to drive initiatives that enhance early years education practices is advantageous.
