Role Summary
· To work flexibly, undertaking retail and such other activities to maximise sales, business efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities, Tasks and Activities
· Greeting customers who enter the store
· Helping customers find the goods and products they are looking for
· Pricing goods, stocking shelves and displaying merchandise
· Maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of all fixtures, equipment and fabric of the shop premises
· Responsible for taking cash, card and finance payment
· Advising on stock counts
· Promoting special offers in-store
· Handling complaints
· Preparing departmental staff rosters
· Management, supervision and direction to others
· Assisting the company and colleagues by carrying out such duties away from usual areas of work as may reasonably be required
· Prepared to carry out arduous work, either physical or mental
· Willing to take on reasonable additional responsibility as necessary
PERSON SPECIFICATION
Experience
· Previous retail experience required
