About the Role
We’re looking for caring, reliable Support Workers to join our supported accommodation service for 16–17‑year‑olds. You’ll help young people build independence, develop life skills, and feel safe and supported as they move toward adulthood.
What You’ll Do
- Support young people with daily living skills (budgeting, cooking, cleaning)
- Provide emotional support and positive role modelling
- Complete support plans, risk assessments, and daily records
- Promote safeguarding and respond to concerns
- Encourage engagement in education, training, and employment
What We’re Looking ForEssential
- Level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care / Children & Young People (or willingness to work towards)
- Experience supporting young people or vulnerable groups
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
- Ability to manage challenging situations calmly
- Enhanced DBS & right to work in the UK
Desirable
- Training in safeguarding, trauma, exploitation, or mental health
- Full UK driving licence

Pay: £24,420.00-£27,500.00 per year
