To manufacture, assemble, and prepare high-quality garage doors and associated components in a safe, efficient, and productive manner, ensuring all products meet company quality standard.
- Assemble garage doors.
- Operate manufacturing machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently.
- Measure, cut, drill, and prepare materials to required specifications.
- Conduct quality inspections throughout the production process and report any defects or non-conformances.
- Pack finished products securely for storage or dispatch.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment in accordance with health and safety procedures.
- Follow standard operating procedures and work instructions at all times.
- Assist with stock handling, material movement, and inventory control as required.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and supervisors to meet daily production targets.
- Report equipment faults, maintenance issues, or safety concerns promptly.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, quality, and efficiency.
