Overview
We are seeking energetic and detail-oriented part-time Domestic Cleaners to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various settings, ensuring a welcoming environment for our clients. This position offers flexible hours and the opportunity to make a positive impact through your work.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential and commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces
- Ensure all areas are maintained to high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
- Handle light housekeeping tasks such as changing linens and restocking supplies when needed
- Follow health and safety protocols consistently to maintain a safe working environment
- Communicate effectively with clients to meet their specific cleaning needs and preferences
- Use appropriate cleaning equipment and products efficiently and responsibly
- Complete cleaning checklists and report any maintenance issues or damages promptly
Requirements
- Prior janitorial or commercial cleaning experience is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided
- Experience in hotel or hospitality environments is a plus
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safety procedures
- Nice-to-have skills include cooking, customer service experience, or previous work in hospitality settings
