Supply Chain Planner

At Pilgrim's Europe, we're looking for an Supply Chain Planner to support the delivery of our end-to-end planning process across demand, supply, inventory and service. Working within our Central Planning team, you'll provide critical analysis, planning insight and cross-functional coordination to help deliver a balanced and achievable business plan.
What You'll Do

Support short, medium and long-term integrated planning activities.

Analyse demand, capacity, inventory and supply performance.

Develop reporting, insights and scenario modelling to support decision-making.

Maintain planning data, systems and forecasting assumptions.

Work closely with Operations, Demand Planning, Procurement and Agriculture teams.

Support continuous improvement in planning performance, service and data quality.
What We're Looking For

Experience in supply chain, production planning or operations planning.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Experience within S&OP or integrated planning environments.

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Advanced Excel skills; planning systems experience is advantageous.
