Duties
- Greet guests warmly, present menus, and provide recommendations to enhance their dining experience
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring special requests are noted and fulfilled
- Serve dishes promptly while maintaining presentation quality and proper food safety standards
- Check in with guests during their meal to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns proactively
- Upsell menu items to maximize guest enjoyment and restaurant revenue through friendly suggestions
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, service stations, and dining areas
- Follow all food safety protocols and sanitation procedures consistently
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant service is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and effort is key!
Pay: £12.50-£13.00 per hour
