Following the successful opening of our café restaurant at Lynch Wood Park, Peterborough, we are expanding our company and looking for a talented, motivated Chef de Partie to lead our kitchen at The Waterton Arms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Section Excellence: Manage your designated section efficiently, ensuring consistency and excellence in every dish.
- Operations Support: Oversee all kitchen operations and food preparation alongside the senior team.
- Service Efficiency: Ensure smooth service by maintaining efficient stock levels and preparation systems.
- Menu Innovation: Work to contribute to menu innovation and seasonal updates.
- Team Development: Assist in the training and development of junior team members.
- Hygiene & Cleanliness: Maintain the highest standards of food hygiene, safety, and kitchen cleanliness at all times.
